As a seasoned facilitator of talent, Neal helps clients address challenges that limit their ability to perform, engage appropriately, and manage priorities. He works with them to develop new skills, accelerate performance, align execution with strategy, communicate with power and presence, and motivate teams.
Neal works with senior executives, helping them to discover practical new approaches that range from the subtle nuance of interpersonal interaction and accountability to the more visible broad strokes of executive leadership. He brings unique ability to establish trust and strong engagement for encouraging clients to lead powerfully.
Neal is wired for results and his enthusiasm rubs off on his clients, supporting them to step out of their comfort zones, take new risks, and achieve results that eclipse anything they have ever achieved before. Neal promotes collaboration and positive culture in even the most complex and confusing environments. Improving competitive advantage for both the individual and the organization guides Neal’s style and approach.

Starting in sales, Neal moved up through the ranks in a variety of roles with such brands as Honeywell and Esselte Pendaflex. He knows what it means (and feels like) to be on the firing line. As a senior executive leading sales, marketing and operations, he led comprehensive change management initiatives that drove innovation, reset roles, expectations and inter-dependencies.
Neal works with client-preferred assessment instruments and a solid range of valid and highly regarded tools, including Hogan, DISC, and Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®. Neal uses a variety of interview techniques, role-plays, and case study analytical exercises, to assess capability and potential areas of growth.
Neal has significant experience working in multi-cultural organizations with a diverse range of middle managers and executives originating from other cultures. In these environments, diversity and inclusion programs and strategies are common needs that Neal works to implement in a coaching and consulting capacity. He is able to quickly gain the respect and confidence of his clients by arming them with new influencing skills which are relevant and applicable to success in their particular culture. Most importantly, Neal helps leaders recognize the perceptual blinders that can limit the ability to execute, reinforce trust, and strengthen agility. All are crucial for success at senior levels.
Over 50% of his executive coaching practice is composed of female talent, working in predominately male cultures, who prefer working with a seasoned mentor like Neal. He works with the C-suite as well as SVP, MD, and VPs based on the need for change.
Neal works with a range of functions and leaders, including: investment and finance teams, sales, operations, marketing, research, supply chain, strategy and human resources. Developing leadership and followership skills, particularly the ability to inspire, respect and motivate others, goes to the heart of Neal’s work.

Full disclosure, I am Sara’s daughter and I’m so proud and grateful, as her right hand, to have worked on various projects with her. I love re-imagining story, developing new concepts, and working with talent to emanate their best selves for the finished product. I am a recent graduate of Ithaca College with a fine arts degree in Writing for Television, Film, and Emerging Media, and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies.
I have a vulnerable passion for telling stories about women’s lives and social justice. Currently, I am the Media Producer for Beacon Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Summit where I edit, produce, and stream powerful virtual services every Sunday morning.
I am a trained musician and love jamming out to artists like Tame Impala, H.E.R., and Frank Ocean. Thanks to my Mom, my inspired love for singing and piano started young and it never stopped. Music is a huge part of my soul, it heals, it awakens, it lights my fire.
I have a tiny (OK, HUGE) obsession for Youtube’s beauty and foodie category as well as all things self-care. I adore animals, specifically my mini goldendoodle, Ellie, a furry bundle of love. Lastly, I believe the only good fast food chain out there is Popeye's and that oat milk hot cocoa is truly the only way to go.
